The Gift That Keeps on Giving

The new Utility Bill Round-Up allows you to round up your City of St. Petersburg utility bill to the nearest dollar and donate the difference to St. Pete families in need. That comes out to only $0.99 or less per month and less than $12 per year!

You can also opt in for one-time or recurring automatic donations of any amount through the Utility Assistance Program.

Every penny makes a difference. Learn more and sign up to donate at stpete.org/utilityassistance.

Recycling Collection Temporary Suspension

City of St. Petersburg citywide recycling collection will be temporarily suspended starting Tuesday, March 24.

The suspension of service is due to a mechanical issue at the vendor's recycling facility that processes citywide recycling. The suspension of service is unrelated to COVID-19.

Residents can still drop off recyclables at City Brush Sites and other recycling drop off sites across the city. Visit stpete.org/brushsites for locations and more information.

Collection service will be resumed as soon as possible. The City of St. Petersburg apologizes for the inconvenience and appreciates your patience.

Questions, call the Sanitation Department at 727-893-7398.
