(a) Ordinance
819-G amending the land development regulations (LDRs) for the City's downtown
area. Specifically, it is proposed that
the existing CBD (Central Business District) zoning district regulations be
replaced with the new DC (
(b) Ordinance 704-Z amending the Official Zoning Map designations for the downtown area from CBD (Central Business District) Core, CBD-1, CBD-2, CBD-3 and CBD-4 to DC (Downtown Center) Core, DC-1, DC-2, DC-3 (Downtown Center-Waterfront), or DC-P (Downtown Center-Park), or other less intensive use. (c) Ordinance 820-G amending Chapter 16, City Code of Ordinances, adding new procedural requirements for implementing the land development regulations (LDRs), including the process and procedures for various types of cases, variance criteria, and submittal and application requirements. 821-G amending various sections of Chapter 16, City Code of Ordinances, to

under Open Forum must be limited to issues related to the City of
Speakers will be called to address
Council according to the order in which they sign the Open Forum sheet. In order to provide an opportunity for all
citizens to address Council, each individual will be limited to one appearance
per month and each speaker will be given three (3) minutes. The nature of the speakers' comments will
