1. Authorizing the Mayor to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with Pinellas County and various municipalities within Pinellas County that authorizes a joint application for a Justice Assistance Grant ("JAG Grant") from the U.S. Department Of Justice; sets forth the parameters of distribution of grant funds; and appoints the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office as the applicant and fiscal agent for the JAG Grant; and to execute all other documents necessary to effectuate this resolution.
