1. An Attorney-Client closed session, pursuant to Florida Statute 286.011(8), to be heard at 3:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter, as the same may begin, in conjunction with the lawsuit styled Anthony Catron, et al vs. City of St. Petersburg Case No. 8:09CV923-T-17EAJ.
2. Resolution of the City Council of the City of St. Petersburg, Florida, accepting and approving the executive summary pertaining to the apportionment of special assessments to fund fire protection services; and authorizing the initiation of the process necessary for City Council consideration of the imposition and collection of special assessments to fund fire protection services.
3. Authorizing the Mayor or his designee to renew a maintenance agreement between the City of St. Petersburg and the State of Florida Department of Transportation for the purpose of performing roadway sweeping on selected primary roadways in Pinellas County, Florida.

(a) Rescheduling the public hearing for Ordinance 26-H to the June 21, 2012 Council Meeting.
On Thursday, June 14, 2012 a regular meeting of City Council will be held at 3:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers at 175 - 5th Street North, St. Petersburg, Florida. At 3:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the same may begin, an attorney-client closed session, pursuant to Florida Statute 286.011(8), will be held in conjunction with the lawsuit styled Anthony Catron, et al vs. City of St. Petersburg Case No. 8:09CV923-T-17EAJ. Any or all of the following persons will be attending: Leslie Curran, Chair, Wengay "Newt" Newton, Vice Chair, Charles Gerdes, Jim Kennedy, Bill Dudley, Steve Kornell, Karl Nurse, Jeff Danner;; Mayor Bill Foster; John C. Wolfe, City Attorney; Mark A. Winn, Chief Assistant City Attorney; Joseph Patner, Assistant City Attorney and Jane Wallace, Assistant City Attorney. After the commencement of the closed session only those persons described above, together with a certified court reporter, will be allowed to be present. The subject matter of the meeting shall be confined to settlement negotiations and/or strategy related to litigation expenditures. At the conclusion of the session the meeting will be re-opened and the closed session will be terminated.
