The Mission of the St. Petersburg City Theatre is to promote the advancement of live theatre and provide entertainment by developing and encouraging local non professional talent.  Six mainstage productions are staged each season.  Workshops and classes are given on a variety of topics including performance and technical aspects of theatre.

The mission of the St. Petersburg Opera Company is to enrich the cultural lives of the residents of and visitors to the Tampa Bay area by presenting fully staged professional opera productions of the highest quality, and to make opera accessible to present and future audiences through community outreach, educational initiatives, and collaboration with other arts organizations.

Provides a place where people can experience artistic and educational programs in innovative ways. The mission of The Florida Orchestra is to enrich the life of the Tampa Bay area as it inspires, entertains and educates a wide and diverse audience with the unique experience of live symphonic music, ensuring that future generations will continue to enjoy this legacy that so magnificently celebrates the human spirit.

For 10 years, the Palladium has presented the best in cultural programming for and by the community – music including jazz, blues, folk, gospel, bluegrass, Latin, classical and opera, plus original programming featuring dance and drama.

We will reinvigorate the St. Petersburg arts community by creating an opportunity for theater artists, theatergoers, students to learn about, experience, and enjoy the works of William Shakespeare. The SPSC will serve as the area's custodians of Shakespeare's plays, regularly offering theatrical productions, workshops, and seminars for the enjoyment and edification of new and diverse generations of Shakespeare scholars, performers and enthusiasts.
