Welcome to the "Mayor's Business Support Line." The creation of the dedicated Business Support Line is one of Mayor Bill Foster's "Foster Forty" and is intended to align your business with the support and capacity building services that are provided by the City's one-stop Business Assistance Center. Upon contacting the "Mayor's Business Support Line," a team of business professionals and city staff will assess your situation and develop a timely solution to your problem.
Business Support Line Services Provided
The following services are available to customers who contact the "Mayor's Business Support Line"
- Follow up by the Business Assistance Center (BAC) staff no later than 24 business hours after the initial assessment.
- A team of business professionals and city staff to assess the situation and develop a timely solution to your problem.
- Site visitations, as necessary, for full evaluation and assessment.
- Professional business counselors providing technical assistance at the BAC.
- Business training for growth and capacity building workshops including "How to Make Your Business Thrive Not Just Survive," "Marketing Your Small Business," "How to do Business with the City of St. Petersburg," "Secrets of Survival During a Recession," and much more.
