The SPARC Exchange serves as a forum to identify, discuss, and resolve issues and challenges typically encountered by artists who are small business owners. quarterly SPARC Exchange sessions are held at the St. Petersburg Business Assistance Center located at 440 2nd Avenue North, adjacent to City Hall.
