Our Customer Service Staff can be reached at the Utility Accounts call center Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Customer Service Representatives can assist with or provide the following types of utility service requests:

  • Start/stop utility services
  • Answer utility billing questions
  • Identify possible water leaks
  • Transfer utility services
  • Make payment arrangements
  • Make credit card payments
  • Find out your meter reading schedule
  • Apply for a leak or new pool adjustment
  • Get utility bill information online
  • Downsize/Upsize your meter
  • Arrange an alternative deposit
  • Answer watering restriction inquiries
  • Discuss water conservation inquiries
  • Discuss service options for seasonal residents
  • Discuss alternative payment options: direct debit, online payments, Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
