Mayor Foster asks that all employees help reduce crime in our city by serving as the "eyes and ears" of the city's police department by immediately reporting suspicious activity to the police. Originally proposed as part of the Foster Forty, the City Watch program is another step in keeping St. Petersburg a safe community.
