CAPI supports recreation for persons with disabilities. Below are some of the resources available to allow for inclusion and enjoyment of the recreational activities in the area.
Handcrank bikes and Tandem bicycles are available for rental by contacting the Therapeutic Recreation Office. Beach Wheelchairs are available for use at St. Petersburg's Treasure Island Municipal Beach and at North Shore Pool. Arrange for use at other locations through the Therapeutic Recreation office, 893-7899.

CAPI has supported the renovation of Dell Holmes Park. This park offers an all-inclusive playground, accessible fitness trails and more.
The City of St. Petersburg is home to some of the best municipal golf courses in the nation. To help persons with mobility impairments enjoy the sport, CAPI has supported an adapted golf cart.
