The city of St. Petersburg provides student internship opportunities to college students who are currently enrolled, in good standing, in an educational program that has a formal academic student internship component.

How To Apply

Students who are interested in interning with the city should send their resume to the St. Pete's Promise/Education office prior to signing any forms. (See mailing address below). The educational institution should already have a signed agreement with the City before the student begins an internship.

Mail your student resume to:
St. Pete's Promise
City of St. Petersburg
P.O. Box 2842
St. Petersburg, FL 33731

Forms to be completed by the student (once the school and city have reached an agreement and the student has been matched with a city department).

Become An Internship Partner

To participate a institution must be willing to partner with the city and sign an Educational Institution Agreement (between school and City) for the city to accept student interns.
