Community Enrichment oversees Midtown Economic Development, Weed and Seed, Business Assistance Center, Small Business Enterprise, Housing and Community Development, and Code Compliance.
The mission of Community Enrichment is to enhance the quality of life in the City of St. Petersburg through the implementation of the community's vision of economic and community development.
