There is a reason why St. Petersburg is becoming known as a community of 'tech unity'...Take a glimpse into the tech start up scene with last week's Tampa Bay Wave Tech Diversity Accelerator's walking tour, hosted by St. Pete Economic Development's President and CEO J.P. DuBuque. One of the stops included Intrinio, where CEO Rachel Carpenter explained, “Down here you can tell – there’s this palpable energy that things are really starting to take off. We have a unique ‘bay area’ mentality down here, and there’s this hidden gem of a start-up world, and the energy’s there. People want to see it succeed.”

On April 29, 2018, the City of St. Petersburg released a Request for Proposal for leasing Tangerine Plaza, which is City-Owned property located at 1794 22nd Street South.  The City received the six responses by the July 2, 2018 deadline for submission - visit to view the responses.
