The Tampa Bay area offers a wide array of activities for the sports fanatic. Major League Baseball's Tampa Bay Rays play at Tropicana Field located in Downtown St. Petersburg. The Indy Racing League (IRL) has successfully completed another Grand Prix along the waterfront streets of downtown St. Petersburg. The Honda Grand Prix was televised to an international market of over 200 countries.
The area is also home to the Super Bowl XXXVII Champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers football team, the 2004 Stanley Cup Champion Tampa Bay Lightning hockey team, and horse racing.
