The Property Management Department is responsible for real property asset management for the City of St. Petersburg. The Property Management and Realty Services Division provides acquisition, disposition, leasing, and property management services for all City initiated projects. Whether it is assisting relocating or expanding businesses; buying and selling property as part of redevelopment initiatives; or selling property that it receives from Pinellas County by forfeiture for property taxes (escheat), the department provides real estate services that enhance our response to private sector needs.
