Blue Chip is a city-developed online service that highlights 18 prime sites, currently listed for sale by real estate brokerage services, totaling nearly 362 acres with an approximate investment value of $61 million.
Blue Chip allows viewers to select prime sites for display by either land acreage or zoning designation via a Google Map. Blue Chip prime sites must meet specific criteria, including: one or more acres in size (one acre minimum downtown, two acre minimum citywide); zone Commercial/ Multi-Family Use; located within a defined Business District/ Business Activity Corridor; and actively marketed for sale.
Blue Chip is a fluent site with prime site listings being dictated by market fluctuations, with sites updated for validity and accuracy on a 30-day cycle. www.StPete.org/Blue-Chip
This customized site provides an in-depth and interactive view of the city of St. Petersburg Central Business District (CBD) downtown development projects. It plots developments spanning from the 1980's well into proposed future developments. Each project development is color-coded by category type, which include: USF-St. Petersburg Campus, Retail, Residential, Office, Mixed Use, Medical, Culture and Entertainment for ease of distinction.

Restaurant and Hotel Locations
The city is known for its varied restaurant dining offerings and its cultural and entertainment vibe which attracts visitors for a day trip or longer excursions. Whichever is your pleasure, we have created a Restaurant and Hotel locations Google Map with contact information to service your needs.
We are pleased to have well over 400 restaurants throughout the city's landscape from national chains to local dining and food and spirits establishments on the map for selection to learn more about. In addition, the city has accommodations to fit any visitor's budget from bed and breakfast to local and national chain brands.

Economic Development Informational
The city of St. Petersburg is the fourth largest city in Florida and part of the second largest MSA region in the Southeastern U.S. With its continued growth, the economic development division had culminated an informational map to aid in learning about development opportunities throughout the city.
The Economic Development Informational map provides insights and statistics to its: Downtown Retail Trade area, defined Business Districts and Commercial Corridors, Retail Footprint, Incentive Boundaries, state designated Main Streets, Zoning landscape, and Potential Redevelopment Sites.
