property owners for easement request. July

2004 - Obtained additional FDOT utility information.Schedule and cost
estimate profile sent to Water Resources. November 2004 - Route alignment
study from G&H received. December 2004 - G&H proposal to WR for
review and approval. February 2005 - Received 15% plans. March 2005 - Review FDOT 30% plans. NTP to G&H for study. June 3, 2005 - G&H alignment study to
Water Resources for review. June 2005 - Work order to Water Resources for
easement acquisition. 2/06 Start field
survey. Choose best alignment for 36" & 48" WTM relocations.
Obtain FDOT letter onUS 19 alignment for 48" WTM and meeting with Marine
Max. 3/06 Meet with Water Resources to

Temporary Construction Easement (TCE) at no cost for36" relocation. FDOT
have agreed to provide and easement at Don Pablos for the 36"
relocation. Marine Max will not
provide an easement for 48" relocation. |
