January 8, 2004 - Meeting with Pinellas County and SWFWMD.  March 1, 2005 - NTP for sidewalk design.  March 24, 2004 - Right-of-way permit application to Pinellas County Public Works Department.  May 28, 2005 - OTTED report submitted for reimbursement.June 24, 2005 - Received 100% plans.  4/06 Bid opening and bid evaluation.  5/06 Low qualified bidder was Kimmins Contracting in the amount of $1,170,455.  6/06 City Council award preparation.  6/15/06 City Council award.  8/06 Shop drawings submitted.9/06 Shop drawing review process. 10/06 Start construction.

3/08  OTED Site Visit.  4/08  Receive OTED Reimbursement.
