April 28, 2005 - City Council award date.  May 20, 2005 - Utility schedule forwarded to Ms. Jenkins atFDOT. 10/31/05 FDOT check list and revised specification to FDOT for approval.  1/12/06 Supplement agreement No.4 forwarded to FDOT for approval.  4/06 FDOT approval for bidding.  5/06 Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) approval.  7/19/06 Prebid meeting.  10/06 Council Approve LAP.

4/08  Complete construction - Except added activities to contract.  5/08 Install decorative crosswalks. 6/08 Install Swinging Mast Arms.
