August thru September 2005 - Title searches for properties.  2/06 Begin property acquisition.  LAP expected to be approved March 2, 2006 by City Council.  2/2/06 LAP approved by City Council and forwarded to FDOT for execution and Notice to Proceed.LAP agreement executed on 3/28/06. Control and specific purpose survey is underway. Property acquisitions continue. 10/06 Finalize Scope and Fee with Ayres.
