Registered Golfers:
Registered golfers login by using their current IVR Access ID # and last name to establish an e-mail address login and a password. Golfers have the opportunity to update and/ or change any information on the customer information page.
New Customers/ Guests:
New customers can become a registered golfer by entering the required fields on the customer information page and establish a login and password. This information is saved and golfers are also issued an IVR Access ID # for the Phone Reservation System. The IVR number will be mailed to you.
Login page:
A customer logs in using their E-mail address and password. Once a customer is logged in, they can update their information, request and reserve tee times and view pending tee times on the Internet.
Request Page:
Registered golfers and guests may request a time and check for availability. The following steps need to be taken:
- Select the box to select Mangrove Bay.
- Choose a date from the calendar (NOTE: 1-7 days in advance only).
- Select an approximate time (NOTE: System will only look for available times at or after time requested not before).
- Number of holes is 18 ONLY.
- Choose number of players (NOTE: 2-4 only, system will not book singles).
Tee Times Available page:
The tee times available page will show two best available tee times. Select preferred time and choose NEXT to continue or choose BACK to change search criteria. Selecting CANCEL will return you to the home page.
Reserve page:
This page gives additional information and allows the customer to review tee time information prior to confirming the tee time. We are currently not showing rates online, customers are asked to call Pro Shop for current rates. Select NEXT to continue.
Payment page:
This page also allows customer to update any missing or incorrect information. Fields marked with a red asterisk are required. Select RESERVE to book time and continue. We are not currently requiring Green Fees to be paid at time of reservation.
TO CANCEL A TEE TIME:
Currently, tee times cannot be canceled using the e-mail system. If you need to cancel a tee time, please call 727-893-7800 between 6:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
Confirmation page:
This page shows the customer’s Confirmation number and tee time summary. From this page the customer can choose to send E-mail confirmation to themselves or other players in the group. Information is also provided to allow the user to set their preferences to automatically send an E-mail confirmation each time they book a time on the web. Customers also have the option to START over and book another time, PRINT the current confirmation, or LOGOUT to end their session.
