This reservation service will offer a quick and easy way to reserve, confirm or cancel your tee time reservations and allow up to 12 callers to be on line simultaneously 7 days a week, 24 hours a day!

Regular golfers will have access to this system upon obtaining a pre-assigned registered Reservation ID Number from Mangrove Bay golf staff. Golfers may reserve tee times up to 7 days in advance starting at 6:00 a.m. For example, for a tee time on Sunday you may call the Sunday before starting at 6:00 a.m.

For those golfers that choose not to register or visitors, tee times can be reserved by entering your area code and home phone number and by using your Visa, MasterCard or Discover card.

This new service is being provided as a way of thanking you for your support of Mangrove Bay.

Before you begin...

• You must use a push button phone that generates a touch tone signal. Be sure your phone is set on tone.

 

• Listen to the verbal prompts carefully. Do not try to rush through the reservation procedure.

 

• Walk on golfers can speak to a reservation agent to confirm tee time availability by dialing (727) 893-1790, and then pressing 0 to transfer to the Pro Shop.

How do I make a tee time reservation?

1. On your touch tone phone dial tee time reservation service at:

(727) 893-1790

(You will then be verbally prompted through the system.)

2. Press 1 to make a reservation.

 

3. Enter your Reservation ID number. Press 1 to confirm your number.

   If you do not have a Reservation ID Number, you will be prompted to enter your area code and home phone number. You will then be asked to enter a credit card number and expiration date. Please enter your Visa, MasterCard or Discover number. (Credit card confirmation is required for non-registered golfers.)

   The next series of prompts will ask for your tee time request.

4. Enter the day of week you wish to play.

 

5. Enter the earliest time of day you wish to play. Enter 4 digits for the hour and the minutes, followed by the * key for a.m. and the # key for p.m.(Example: for 1:15 p.m., press 0-1-1-5-#)

 

6. Enter the number of players by pressing 2, 3, or 4.

 

7. The service will now recite to you the best tee time available, based on your request. Confirm the tee time by pressing 1. Keep in mind, the search will go back 30 minutes and then ahead for the entire day.

 

8. If you have a Reservation ID Number, the system will now indicate that your tee time has been reserved and explain that you must report to the golf course at least 20 minutes prior to your tee off time.

 

9. DO NOT HANG UP! Wait on the phone until your reservation has been guaranteed to your credit card. If you hang up too soon, your tee time will not be entered in the reservation system. Please wait to hear - "Thank you for using the Mangrove Bay Golf Course Tee Time Reservation System, Good-bye."

When can I make a reservation?

Advanced reservations for registered golfers will be accepted seven days in advance starting at 6:00 a.m. For example, to book a tee time for Saturday, you must call the Saturday before beginnin at 6:00 a.m.
 
Golfers may reserve a tee time for two, three, or four players.
 
The first available tee time will vary throughout the season based on sunlight and/or anticipated weather conditions.

How do I confirm, modify or cancel my reservation?

1. You may confirm, modify or cancel an advanced tee time reservation by dialing (727) 893-1790 and pressing 2.

 

2. Enter your Reservation ID Number. Press 1 to confirm your number.

 

3. To check a specific day, press 1. To check all days, press 2.

 

4. The system will now read back the first tee time you are holding.

   Press: 1- to cancel, 2- to modify, 3- to check the next booked tee time

   All cancellations must be made before 6:00 p.m. on the day preceding play. For example, to cancel a tee time for Saturday, you must call prior to 6:00 p.m. Friday. A no-show is defined as anyone not canceling their tee time in advance, or appearing with fewer players than scheduled by the reservation. Failure to honor a tee time reservation may result in a charge to your account or the removal of your Reservation ID Number from the reservation system.
