The Classification and Compensation section of Labor Relations administers the City's classification and pay plans, including development and revision of the position descriptions and salary levels. This section also conducts classification analyses on individual and groups of positions, conducts and responds to requests for salary and classification information, and interprets and formulates personnel policy and procedures.
