November 19: International Games Day at Your Library
St. Petersburg Main Library joins thousands in celebrating the popularity and power of games and play
St. Petersburg, FL (November 18, 2016) – St. Petersburg will join over a thousand libraries around the world on Saturday November 19, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Main Library Auditorium, 3745 Ninth Avenue North, for the ninth annual celebration of gaming in libraries – International Games Day @ Your Library. Like many other libraries across the country and around the world, St. Petersburg Main Library will offer board and tabletop games for all ages.
International Games Day @ your library is an international initiative supported by the American Library Association, the Australian Library and Information Association, and Nordic Game Day.
