- 49th Street N. from 30th Avenue to 40th Avenue
- 49th Street N. from 22nd Avenue to 30th Avenue
- Park Street N. from Elbow Lane to 22nd Avenue
- Tyrone Boulevard and 38th Avenue North
- MLK Street N. and 112th Circle
The construction – budgeted for $314,765 – is scheduled to start in October 2018 and should be completed by May 2019. The construction schedule is subject to change based on weather and unforeseen conditions.
The contractor will notify individual property owners seven to ten days in advance of commencement of work in their area. Workers have been directed to make every effort to minimize any inconvenience experienced throughout the construction phase. While local access shall be maintained, there may be periods of temporary closure or detours because of the work.
The detours and modification of traffic patterns will be fully signed; however, the City of St. Petersburg recommends that drivers find an alternative route during the construction times.
