The Internal Services Administration oversees the departments of Budget and Management, Finance, Water Resources, Capital Improvements, Billing and Collections, Purchasing, Engineering, Stormwater, Pavement and Traffic Operations. Its goal is to administer the responsible use of city resources, maintenance of financial resources, procurement of quality supplies and materials, implementation of the capital improvement program, maintenance of city infrastructure, treatment and delivery of potable water, collection/treatment and disposal of sanitary sewage and coordination and collection of city revenues.
