Kevin M. Dunn
Managing Director, Development Coordination, City Development Administration
A city employee since 1976, Kevin M. Dunn is currently responsible for coordination of development projects and programs with the development community and city departments involved in review, permitting and the site approval processes. He also oversees management of city special projects, including the Grand Prix of St. Petersburg, downtown streetscaping and annexation programs.
He has a bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida, and has received an Award of Appreciation for the BayWalk Project and a Beautification Award for Plaza Parkway from the St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce; the Downtown Merchants Appreciation Award from the Downtown Core Group, and a Certificate of Appreciation for the North St. Petersburg Annexation Program from the city of St. Petersburg.
