Keynote speaker: Wintley Phipps, vocal artist, education activist, motivational speaker, pastor, CEO and Founder of the U.S. Dream Academy. Special tribute to former Pinellas County School Board member Lewis "Lew" Williams, Legendary Educator/Civil Rights Activist. Also, special guest gospel recording artist Derick Smith.
