Owners Catherine Campbell and Gin Heroux have diverse backgrounds, but building business and personal relationships in St. Petersburg is a big part of their future. After high school, Gin served stateside in the U.S. Women's Army Corps during the Vietnam era as a bookkeeper. Gin later became the exhibition chef at the National Geographic Society. Catherine previously worked at the Washington Post in sales and operations. She moved to St. Petersburg and served as the Director of Operations at the Poynter Institute where she became enamored with the city and its citizens.
"I am proud to have these veteran and minority business owners launch their first business in St. Petersburg's growing retail market," said Mayor Bill Foster. "They are a welcome addition to this vibrant corner of our community and provide a much needed service to our citizens."
