The entrance is at 117 2nd Street North and daily (short-term) as well as monthly (long-term) is available for the following rates:
Non-Reserved Monthly Rate: $64.20 including tax
Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. $1/hr, $6 maximum
Nights, weekends and daytime with a Muvico Stub/Validation: $1 for the first 4 hours, $1 each additional hour or part thereof.
Event price is usually $5 and occasionally $10 for large events
SouthCore Parking Garage:
1,136 space 8 story parking garage open to the public 24-7
The entrance is at 100 1st Avenue South and daily (short-term) as well as monthly (long-term) is available for the following rates:
Non-Reserved Monthly Rate: $64.20 including tax
Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. $1/hr, $6 maximum
Nights and weekends a $5 flat rate on entry is in effect
Event price is usually $5 and occasionally $10 for large events
Al Lang/Progress Energy Park Surface Lot:
357 space surface lot open to the public 24-7
The entrance to the lot is on 1st Avenue South between 1st Street and BayShore Boulevard
The monthly reserved rate is $42.80 including tax
Daily parking costs $4 and an “honor box” is usually in effect, please follow the instructions on the signs.
The special event rate is usually $5 and occasionally $10 for large events
800 1st Avenue South Lot:
255 space surface lot open to the public for monthly parking and special events only
The entrance to the lot is on 1st Avenue South between 8th Street and MLK Jr. Blvd. as well as on 2nd Avenue South between 8th Street and MLK Jr. Blvd.
The monthly rate for a non-reserved space is $25
The special event rate is usually $5 and occasionally $10 for large events
