Gift Tree Program

underlined

The Parks Department supervises the St. Petersburg Gift Tree Program for planting within public parks or landscaped areas. Gift trees are appropriate for all occasions. They can provide a living gift of gratitude or the commemoration of a milestone, a special day or event. A tree may be purchased for $225, however, contributions in any amount are accepted and can accumulate toward the price of a tree. The names of those honored and the names of the donors are inscribed in a leather bound Memorial Register in the Mayor's Reception area of St. Petersburg's City Hall. Acknowledgment cards will be sent to all donors and families of those being honored. Contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Call (727) 893-7335 for more information.
