Vehicle Noise complaint Form

Florida Statutes Section 316.3045 prohibits the playing of music or any other noise from a vehicle loud enough to be heard at a distance of 25 feet. Should you observe a violation of the Tone Down law and wish to have the police department educate the owner of the vehicle about the Tone Down law and the possible fines for violating this law, please take a moment and fill out the form below.
