The Real Estate and Property Management Department is responsible for real property asset management for the City of St. Petersburg.
The Department provides acquisition, disposition, leasing, and property management services for all City initiated projects. During these duties, opportunities become available where the City of St. Petersburg will publish a Request for Proposal (RFP), Notice of Intent (NOI), and/or Solicitation of Interest (SOI) for business engagement.
