Sunken Gardens offers prime space for
private parties, seminars, luncheons, retreats and receptions hosted by corporations,
organizations or individuals. An event held at the garden offers your guests a unique experience as well as a convenient location to hotels, shopping, museums, dining and entertainment.
Perhaps the most amazing aspect of Sunken Gardens is the contrast between the rapid pace of the metropolitan city outside its vine covered walls and the tranquil atmosphere in the garden. Rooted in a 100 year history, Sunken Gardens was designated a Local Historic Landmark in 1998.
The Garden Room
Sunken Gardens focal point is the Garden Room, a 2600 square foot hall situated on the second floor of the historic (1926) Main Building. This special room was designed with its history in mind, creating a loft-like feel with high wood ceilings and metal beams. Overlooking the beautiful garden, the Garden Room seats up to 175 guests. A special corporate rate is available Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Classroom
The classroom is perfect for smaller functions, seating up to 35 guests.
Catering
The facility offers some of the areas finest caterers from the City of St. Petersburg's approved list.
