Be a part of historic Sunken Gardens transformation from a roadside attraction to an educational and cultural center. By bringing the diversity of your own background, skills and education, you will be helping protect and preserve this historic garden, increasing its impact on the community through diverse educationaland horticultural experiences that provide opportunities for our community to enjoy the garden.
Your volunteer experience will enable you to meet new friends with similar interests, participate in unique projects, learn new skills or gain work experience.
Volunteer opportunities include Garden Assistants that help maintain the beautiful grounds, Garden Docents to lead visitors on guided tours,and Special Event Assistants to help develop, promote and work during events. Or, tell us how you would like to help.
Volunteers need only a love of nature and a willingness to learn. Specific training will be provided.
