Violation Report for a Specific Address - To obtain a Case History report for a specific property, or photos, please visit the Codes Compliance Assistance Department, located at: One Fourth Street North (NE corner of Central Avenue), Municipal Services Center Building - 1st Floor. Office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Copy charges are 15 cents per page. You can also search the Codes Database by property address or case number to view case information.

However, it remains the citizen's responsibility to diligently pursue independent verification of the report information prior to taking any action or making any decisions that may be based in whole or part on the information. The Pinellas County Property Appraiser is the custodian of the official records for most property and ownership information. |
