The 34th Street North and Central Town Center Improvement Plan specifically will improve the aesthetics, enhance the identity, encourage investment and increase opportunities for businesses within the District. Key strategies of the plan will include recommendations for improving economic development, streetscape, transportation, land use & urban design, and branding. There will be opportunities for public input during the planning process.This plan is expected to be completed by the end of 2019.
