Blue Chip is a city-developed online service that highlights prime sites, currently listed for sale by real estate brokerage services, to attract developers and investors. The database is updated on a quarterly cycle for accuracy and validity. Blue Chip allows viewers to select prime sites for display either by land acreage or zoning designation via a Google Map.
