Owner/Manager of a portfolio of commercial and multifamily real estate units in St. Pete. Founder/Partner, Blackmon Properties, having renovated over 250 dwellings in the past 10 years throughout the city.

Robert was raised in St. Petersburg, and born at Bayfront Hospital in 1989. He graduated from St. Petersburg High School in 2007. Robert’s family has deep roots in the area dating back to the 1940s, including developments along District 1’s Central Avenue commercial corridor in the 1950s. An avid outdoorsman, environmentalist and preservationist, he often spends his weekends doing coastal cleanups and has been recognized by the Tampa Bay Times for his renovation and repurposing of dilapidated and historic structures in our city.
