About the CRA Grant Program
The CRA Grant Program was created in 2015 as part of the city's innovative, 30-year revitalization plan designed to help boost private investment in commercial and multifamily residential development in South St. Pete. The CRA is generally located between Fourth St. and 49th St., from Second Ave. N. to 30th Ave. S.
The program is comprised of three buckets of opportunities - place-based opportunities, people-based opportunities and housing-based opportunities. The releases of the remaining opportunities are to be announced.
