City of St. Petersburg Announces Requirements for Upcoming 2020 Commercial Revitalization Program
ST. PETERSBURG, FL – The Commercial Revitalization Program (CRP) provides grant awards to projects that involve future work on a new or existing commercial buildings or developments, improve business districts by redeveloping properties, decrease commercial vacancy rates, leverage private investment, and ultimately add to the tax base. The City expects approximately $250,000 to be available for this program.
