Mayor Participates in Blue Ocean Film Fest November 10-11
Kriseman to Welcome International Attendees Opening Night
and Serve as Climate Change Panelist
St. Petersburg, Fla. (November 7, 2016) – In addition to welcoming international attendees at Thursday’s Opening Night Film screening, St. Petersburg Mayor Rick Kriseman will participate as a guest panelist during the Blue Ocean Film Festival Climate Change panel on Friday.
Mayor Kriseman will present opening remarks welcoming international attendees to the Blue Ocean Opening Night special screening of Leonardo DiCaprio's new documentary "BEFORE THE FLOOD" on Thursday, November 10 at 7:30 p.m. at the Mahaffey Theater, 400 First Street S. Tickets are $25.
Mayor Kriseman will serve as guest panelist during Blue Ocean Film Festival’s Keynote Panel: “Climate Change: Global Agreements, Local Implications” at the Palladium Theater, 253 Fifth Avenue N., on Friday, November 11, beginning at 11 a.m. Panelists include St. Petersburg Mayor Rick Kriseman; Dr. Robert Richmond, University of Hawaii; and Dr. Seneshaw Tsegaye, Patel College of Global Sustainability, USF. Moderated by Charlotte Vick, Mission Blue. Tickets are $15.
