Julie Daniels, president and owner of Handymen for All;
Thomas Huggins, founder and president of Ariel Business Solutions; and
O.T. Delancy, president of Strategist Project Support Services, LLC.
Moderator: Claude Williams, with The St. Petersburg Greenhouse

Business owners, entrepreneurs, contractors and construction-related firms are encouraged to attend. Please register online at

The purpose of “Building on the Future” is to educate contractors and tradespeople about the contracting opportunities in St. Petersburg and surrounding municipalities and how to position yourself for “ongoing, long term” contract opportunities. Any attendees that are not currently certified by the city of St. Petersburg as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE), will be provided the necessary documents to do so. SBE certification is important because the city currently sets aside a portion of most construction-related projects for SBE participation.

The “Building on the Future” Small Business Salon is cohosted by the city of St. Petersburg Urban Affairs Division, The Greenhouse, the Tampa Bay Black Business Investment Corp., and The 2020 Plan Taskforce. For more information, contact Ondria McDonald at 727-893-7767 or
