Community Presentation: Historic Gas Plant District Redevelopment
Thank you for your interest in the future of the Historic Gas Plant District (HGPD).
As one of the most significant redevelopment projects in the country, its impact will be felt for generations to come. We welcome the community’s participation and want to ensure that all voices are heard throughout the selection process.
The four proposals that have been submitted in response to the HGPD RFP are now available on the City’s website for viewing. The firms associated with each of the four proposals will be participating in the City-hosted Community Presentation at the Coliseum on January 4th. Individuals, organizations, and/or businesses are invited to attend - in-person or virtually - to provide their feedback.
To register for the IN-PERSON event at The Coliseum, please click the 'Register Now!' button below.
To register for the VIRTUAL session, please click this link here to sign up via Zoom to secure your spot. Note, there will be no breakout sessions on this Zoom session. You will be able to observe the live presentation and take part in the questions, but we will be provided an online option for you to submit your comments.
If you are unable to attend this event, there are two additional ways to provide your input:
Online. Submit feedback about the proposals through this form on our website, www.stpete.org/gasplant, from Dec. 19, 2022, to Jan. 23, 2023.
In person at a City facility. Visit a Feedback Pop-Up station at one of six City locations from Jan. 5 to Jan. 23, 2023. Handwritten feedback will be welcome at these sites:
