Important Voting Deadline for the November General Election

St. Petersburg, FL (Oct. 7, 2022) - Reminder to voters - Tuesday, October 11, is the deadline to register to vote for the November 8 General Election. Voters must be registered by this deadline to participate in the November 8 General Election.

Voters who are already registered to vote in Florida do not need to re-register. Voter registration applications are available at any Supervisor of Elections Office or online at VotePinellas.gov.

All three Supervisor of Elections Offices will be open this Saturday, October 8, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will be open until 6 p.m. on Tuesday, October 11.

Address changes can be made online at VotePinellas.gov, by calling 727-464-VOTE (8683) or emailing Election@VotePinellas.gov. To register to vote, applicants must provide name, date of birth, and either Florida driver license number, Florida identification card number or the last four digits of their Social Security number. All updates, including signature, name, address, and political party affiliation, can be made by completing and signing a voter registration application and returning it to any Supervisor of Elections Office.

New voter registration applications received by mail must be postmarked by Tuesday, October 11, to be valid for the November 8 General Election.
