St. Pete's New Year's Eve Fireworks Show 

St. Petersburg, FL (Dec. 16, 2022) - Ring in the New Year on St. Pete's downtown waterfront as part of the City of St. Petersburg's annual New Year’s Eve fireworks show and celebration!

Fireworks are scheduled to begin at 12 a.m. on January 1 and will be visible along St. Pete's downtown waterfront parks. The show will last approximately 20 minutes. The fireworks will be launched from Vinoy Park, which is located at 701 Bayshore Dr. NE. Parking garages, City lots and metered parking are available downtown. Spectators can also enjoy NYE on the Pier, the St. Pete Pier's New Year's Eve celebration, which starts at 8 p.m. The event is free and open to the public and will feature DJs, food trucks, bars and more. More information can be found at nyestpete.com.

Getting There

Get a ride to the event with the SunRunner, PSTA's Bus Rapid Transit service. With service from St. Pete Beach to downtown St. Pete every 15 minutes at peak times and a designated traffic lane, the SunRunner is a quick, easy and FREE (until 5/1/23) way to get to the beach, downtown or anywhere in between. Special for New Year's Eve, the SunRunner will run late, until 1 a.m.

Parking downtown near the Pier will be limited. Drivers are recommended to park at nearby parking garages.
