Potential Traffic Impacts to Perimeter and Area Around The Residences at 400 Central 

May 12, 2023 - From Friday, May 12, at 7 p.m. to Saturday, May 13 at 6 p.m., drivers and pedestrians may experience traffic congestion in Downtown St. Petersburg on the perimeter of The Residences at 400 Central. Affected thoroughfares include roads traveling east and west (Central Avenue and 1^st Avenue South) and north and south (4^th Street and 5^th Street). During that time, approximately 650 concrete trucks will be driving these roads to pour concrete for The Residences at 400 Central. While no lane closures are anticipated, some instances of blocked lanes or congestion can be expected as trucks drive to and from the construction site. 

The City of St. Petersburg has worked with the developer to attempt to mitigate any inconvenience and appreciates the public's patience and cooperation.
