Mooring Field

The City Marina and Demens Landing will be open during Pier construction. Access to the marina for residents will be along the south side of the construction fence on 2nd Ave. N. Mooring Field will be closed during construction of the Pier Approach.

2018 RATES

Add 7% Florida sales tax to all prices. Fees include use of the dinghy dock and one pump-out of your holding tanks (weather permitting). After your maximum length of stay* has expired, you must vacate the dock or mooring field for 72 hours.

Length of Stay:

Peak Season: October 1 through April 30, or two-month maximum*
Non-Peak Season: May 1 through September 30 or 3-month maximum*

Small Ball - vessels up to 40'

$14.42 per day

Large Ball - vessels 41' - 60'

$17.51 per day
