Project Overview
Central Avenue is one of St. Pete’s most historic and prominent corridors, connecting downtown to the beaches as well as all of the business districts and neighborhoods in between. Momentum is building in the unique districts along Central Avenue as increased connectivity and improved urban design allow businesses and neighborhoods to thrive.
The Central Avenue Revitalization Plan capitalizes on the growing energy and interest along this important corridor by establishing goals and standards in the following areas to guide future development:
