Benefits Division administers the following programs:

  • Group Health Plans
  • Group Dental Plans
  • Group Vision Plans
  • Group Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Plans
  • Flexible Spending Accounts
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Wellness Programs
  • COBRA and HIPAA

The Benefits Division staff provides administrative services for employees and retirees in such areas as enrollment, changes in enrollment, termination of coverage and acting as a liaison with the City's insurance representatives for coverage issues.
